Each package type will have to be described, classified, specified how it is used, and measured.  

Sample descriptions:

wood box, cardboard box, plastic tote, wood pallet, plastic pallet, metal rack, styrofoam tray

Classification choices:

standard returnable, non standard returnable, expendable, sequenced rack

How Used choices:

base container, bulk container, unit load, dunnage, pallet, top cap, dolly, semi-trailer, sea container, truck

On your downloaded worksheet from Excel:

1.  Complete all highlighted yellow fields.   Check for accuracy!
