Accessing a Summarized View of Your Key Capacity and Lead Time Data

A supplier can use a Microsoft Excel worksheet to quickly view all key PFEP data that is currently stored in Whirlpack. The Excel worksheet can be used to gather information about the parts you are supplying and to validate the data.  The Excel worksheet can also be used to sort the PFEP's by due date to help prioritize which PFEP's need your immediate attention.


To download all key PFEP data:


  1. From the Planning for Every Part session, click Export Key Data Only.



  1. Click Open.   An Excel worksheet containing all key PFEP data will now be displayed on your computer.
  2. Save this file to your hard drive or print to use as a worksheet to gather missing data.
