With the Resource Constraints tab selected:

1. Select whether the Production Family resources are shared with other customers.
2. Describe any bottleneck resources that exist.
3. Explain current capacity constraints that exist.
4. Describe your Capacity Growth Plan
   -Possible capacity resolutions
   -How resolution would impact your growth multiple
   -How long to implement the capacity resolution
   -What is the potential max capacity after implementation of capacity resolution 
5. Click Lead Times to proceed to the next step.  See Lead Time Constraints.
