For every part they supply to Whirlpool, the supplier is responsible for providing the following information:

• Packaging details  
• Part dimensions and weight
• Part and package image
• Ship From MRP Area
• Production family and its capacity 
• Tier 2 lead and process times

Required information will be submitted to Whirlpool by completing a Plan for Every Part (PFEP) document. A completed PFEP document has a due date of 4 weeks from its date of origin. A PFEP document gets created as soon as a supplier has been selected.  For more details see Due Date of Required Information.
