The Packaging Development Dashboard depicts:

• for a particular supplier the progress of each PFEP along the Packaging Development Cycle.
• how many PFEPs are missing packaging data.

 

The Supplier Capacity Summary depicts:

• a supplier's capacity to supply parts.
• how many of the Plan for Every Parts (PFEPs) are missing key capacity data. 

The Supplier Capacity Details describes:

• a snapshot of each production family and/or individual part, including the number of PFEPs assigned, annual capacity, weekly capacity, annual demand, average weekly demand, weekly peak, number of days until peak, % of annual capacity, and % weekly capacity vs weekly peak.
• how many PFEPs are missing the Production Family data. 

The Supplier Lead Time Summary depicts based on the supplier's input of Tier 2 lead time, process lead time and transportation lead time:

• those plants that are impacted with lead times on parts greater than 8 weeks.
• how many PFEPs are missing lead time data.
