Using Quick Links

The Quick Links menu is a navigational tool that allows you to quickly access commonly used sessions without having to use the main menu.


Let's add a menu short cut to your Quick Links drop down.


  1. Click Quick Links on the top menu bar.
  2. Click My Profile on the Quick Links sub menu.
  3. Using the My Profile session that appears, click Edit Quick Links at the top of the screen.


When the dialog box appears, you can select which session you would like to appear next on your Quick Links menu. These session shortcuts will follow My Profile that has been permanently set by the application.


  1. Choose the Quick Link location starting with QuickLink01.
  2. Choose a session from the drop down list for example the session Tasks.
  3. Click Add.  



  1. Click Update at the top of the My Profile session.
  2. Now Click Quick Links to see the below results or click the browser refresh button.
